Where things get tricky is I noticed my hands had a thin white powdery film on them..it looked like I was wearing those medical gloves with the powder in them. I also noticed that my hands felt sticky. I ended up washing my hands aft about an hour because I didn't like the powdery sticky feeling. This morning my hands are bothering me. I do receive Cortisone shots in my knees every 3 months and Gel shots every 6 months which greatly helps to relieve the pain. I purchased the Magnesium Joint and Arthritis Pain Relief Spray to use in addition to the Shots. I have not been using the spray for very long. The spray has a somewhat Evergreen smell when it is first applied but the smell dissipates rather quickly. The spray does make somewhat of a difference in the level of pain, however it does not relieve the pain 100%. I am sure this product affects each individual in a different way. I can suggest that anyone suffering from Arthritis like I am, give the Product a try and see what it may be able to do for the pain.
