Same day chair came in, we were told of she can't go, being her in 12 hours as her organs would shut down.As soon as we put her in chair... Like natural... I measured my pet according to their method,but after the wheelchair arrived,my dog still couldn’t use it. The adjustment was very difficult,with sharp burrs on the edges. I got the x small size...it fits him nicely. I took some time to make sure the height and length were adjusted for comfort and support. Also adjusted the leg hole supports so they were a little looser so his legs could move freely.Overall, I set the unit adjustments on about medium and it seems to work well. Since his back legs still work, the wheel height is adjusted so his rear paws are barely touching the ground.The unit is well made and sturdy.
