It arrived nicely packaged, looks good, and works great, no problems at all. The Indian plug is too tight in this socket so I had to buy an adapter plug but that's allright because the unit itself works perfectly. There are two total 220v outlets on it. The 900W Juicer ran just the way it would in India. No noise or smell from this convertor unit either, it comes with a strong and thick power cord.
