But then this item came up at a very reasonable price and I found a new use for it: my daughter, the 8 year old budding geologist, like to dig up rocks. She had a whole bag from somewhere that had geode pieces with clay all over them. No amount of brushing or spraying could get them clean. I put them in here after being fed up with the clay residue on the kitchen table.
