It's not easy to find a meal replacement that has what you need without a bunch of junk in it that tastes decent, but this is it. They did a good job putting this product together. Only negative that Ive found is the package, in my experience, doesnt seal and if it does it pops open very easy then makes a mess that is difficult to clean up because its a very fine powder. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way and lost some of the product and got some in my eyes. I transferred everything to ziplock freezer bags to prevent this from happening again, I highly recommend not trying to keep it in the bags the powder comes in, put it in something else that seals more reliably.
