I put it into the plastic or glass bottle, thats 15 to 20 scoops, so it’s 15 grams or 20 grams. Then I add my water, and I use reverse osmosis water that I’ve ozonated, but that’s just what I drink. Mixed with water it tastes like nothing. Maybe mud, but that’s not bad. It’s just not so appetizing. The texture is a bit gritty, but it actually dissolves very quickly and I have no problem drinking it down. I always happen to have lemon water sweetened with maple syrup around to drink, and when Ive used that to mix with the zeolite it makes it taste way better. Still gritty, but tastes like my lemonade. One tip is I learned that if I wait until I’m a bit thirsty, there’s no delay in wanting to drink it. As long as you’re using 8oz -10oz of liquid, you'll be fine.
