It's as if they took a detour from the main story in the movie or its a follow up story. For example, the Monster Inc. one is from the time-period when they are making kids laugh instead of scream. One of the Toy Story ones is where they are all living with Bonnie. I think the Wall-E one is a condensed version of the movie, but that is the only one I can think of that is that way. Overall, I think these 5-minute books are wonderful. There are tons of them out there -- Pixar, Disney Princesses, Spiderman, Marvel, and even some with classic Disney. Took us a couple weeks to read one each night, and my 5 year old was very excited to place his book mark and see what story was tomorrow. The book fairy will be bringing more of these. (We put books under his pillow randomly, makes him very excited to read. We tell him that if he helps other's, the book fairy will bring him rewards. The stories are perfect for little ones. The illustrations are nice and the stories keep them interested. My older son actually reads them himself. He likes the stories, but as an early reader, just out of kindergarten, they take him a bit longer than 5-minutes. I would say around 10-15 minutes per story.
