FINALLY got it working - ie tried door opening before trying putting money in it! At that point could not find any instructions searched pscking seemed only short note on box. Did it in three. Searched packings again and found instruction - tucked inside box between to bits of box wall. Then fiddle started! Had to photo and enlarge to see if * or # needed. Took many goes to finally get code changed. But anyone buying will see instructions seem very clear apart from mentioning in code change whch buttons after getting in with default code needed with door open - to be kept pressed in inputting new code (15 secs allowed) this wasnt clear - realised when step by step minutely followed that perhaps keeping key pressed was essential to get thru successfully. on the verge of returning it when suddenly success. Great money box - cleverly designed like a toy. So while money safe in it and easily accessible by code. Its nit entirely secure - as if battery removed, changed you have to reset all again. Thieves might just think of it as attractive toy…. … all said I am very pleased with this Saving space very large. Glad bought it and didnt give up on instructions Product arrived well packed and product packing attractive too. seemed very good. BUT if youbare fyssy kind do check toy itself - it was only after I thought this product had been out before elsewhere before coming to me. What oromoted me to think this I noticed a coupke if very fine splits on top edge of door - not easily noticed and doesnt seriously impair the goods. Rather than bother to get replacenent have kept it . I defiitely feel its been returned before as sealing points on package were open on arrival. Also tho well packed one corner of plastic broken too. The only parts we touched was key pad- with default code in put easy then press fingerprint doors auto opened. All in all therefore recommend product - quality overall better than I associate from China - ususlly cheaoer etc but this quality made and pleasing to feed with coin ir paper money. Loved whidtles and beels and even sound door creaking as about to open!
