This includes RAM I was fortunate enough to have made a CHECKLIST based off of in my personal opinion ( I am an will always be an Intel cpu person). My history of trying to use AMD never worked out especially when I built an AMD server for the first time and it failed miserably. You need to choose a motherboard and see what is compatible with that motherboard. Then cross check it against MS Windows, in my case I am using Win 11 Pro. In addition, RGB just makes it look cool with the RGB fans. You could probably save some money without the RGB. I have used corsair ram in the past an they have proven their worth and dependability. My old windows 7 Ultimate PC is over 15 years old and I used corsair ram then. But as of this day and age I am sure there is better technology out there but I go by dependability and past experience.
