## Questions & Answers

**Q: In two areas while shopping it says free s&h but when I go to check out it doesn’t show free s& h???**
A: This has started happening to me recently on multiple items from Amazon. I tried contacting Amazon by chat, they were not helpful, there was nothing they could do to fix it. I gave up and bought the item from a different website. I don't know how to contact Amazon and get an answer on this. Wish it was easier to contact them and get actual help.

**Q: Are these dimmable?**
A: My salt lamp has 3 settings and I use these bulbs.  So yes they should be dimmable.

**Q: Type B base?**
A: Candelabra e12 and B type are all the same base. These worked great in our salt lamps.

**Q: This bulb is much smaller than the bulb that came with my salt lamp. Does that matter?**
A: The size should not matter. The wattage is what’s important the only thing it might do if the heights not the same you might not get as much color on the top.
