I recently replaced my fairings and while I had them off, I installed the horn and the speaker that comes with in the set. WOW... damn near deafened myself testing it in the garage. It's loud, it's an attention getter... think firetruck horn. Not the siren, the traffic horn. or the police car horn. Two short blasts on this thing turn heads instantly. Heads come up off the damn cell phone texting and you see all eyes in the mirrors. Love this thing. Rarely use it but when I need it, it's powerful and gets people focused instantly.

**Q: Why is this listed as 100w when actually measured, is max of 60 watts?**
A: Output sound is 100w... so a 100w speaker is needed.

**Q: This is my second one why does it work and then stops then a few days goes buy and it works for a one or two time and completely dies?**
A: Not sure of your issue, I bought mine over four years ago and it worked until I sold the car about a year later.

**Q: Can i hook this up to two 100w speakers? The sound with one speaker isn’t too loud.**
A: Not recommended.  You will cause an impedance mis-match and it won't be any louder.  If fact it will be half as loud as it is now.  You will have two speakers outputting approximately 50 watts each instead of one speaker outputting 100 watts.  One speaker at 100 watts will be louder than two speakers at 50 watts.  If you need it louder get a 200 watt speaker and 200 watt air horn module.

**Q: My unit appears to be a dead unit.  Power tested numerous times and direct connections made right to the battery with no success.  Help !!**

So I got this for Christmas and hooked it to the siren speaker I have already. It didn’t work. Contacted the company directly and they sent a replacement. The replacement didn’t work. So they deduced that my siren speaker was the right impedance for the horn. So they sent me a brand new one of theirs. It worked! I asked if I owed for the speaker they said no. So I have to say even though it wasn’t in the description that I needed an 8 ohm impedance speaker they made it better by helping me figure it out and providing me a speaker for the trouble. I do recommend. When I tested the system it was loud and made me jump standing next to it lol. So yeah it is loud lol.
