It comes unassembled and consists of many parts. The assembly instructions are completely inadequate and its easy to put it together wrong. Took it apart several times to get it put together right. Then I found out the suction cups would NOT work. I couldn't stick it to the window. Maybe I didn't put the suction cups on correctly. I really don't care anymore and I do not want to fiddle with this confusing mess of acrylic parts any more. I had to take a picture of it online with my phone so I could have a good idea of how it is put together and have it on the table near me.
