Review: Great quality pan - Decided to ditch my Tafal pan for a Lodge Cast Iron Skillet and will say I was not disappointed From eggs moving about like non stick to then making a good seared steaks the versatility of these pans are endless even though at 1st the steak was sticking but that due to my lack of knowledge and being abit not very patient and waiting for it to unstick on its own so there is a learning curve to the at 1st especially if your new to these type of pans but once you get use to them & seasoned properly they are pretty much a natural non stick pan & rust resistant Only issue I have is the silicone handle not very good as slides about too much and think they good do better with the packaging Other then that this is a very good all round pan and if maintained properly will last a lifetime and great value looking to buy your 1st cast iron pan but on a budget
