I've had white's tree frogs since 2020, and my staple feeders have been dubia roaches and crickets. I definitely prefer dubias because they're hardier and less stinky. Before this, I used overpriced cricket keepers, which were horrible because I didn't have enough space to store any food and couldn't really remove waste without removing all the insects. This is awesome because it separates the food to avoid smelly spoiled veggies, and it's super convenient to clean their waste. My crickets live much longer in here, and my dubias seem much more comfortable because the little walls provide surface area (they're textured and very climbable).
