Fast growing, got super large. Love the directions that came in them. I’ve been making Kiefer for decades, and the directions say to put a bit of sugar and some Minerals into the water and to grow it that way then to add a secondary ferment to add flavor, never heard of that before. And it works like a charm. I just take out my mineral tablets and scrape some off into it and it ferments overnight.
