I dont see a reduction in size of acne, pain or the inflammed colour. There may be a reduction on surface level little spots. So it may be working, but only for acne that sits close to the surface and gets good light penetration. It's a small, light device; can travel with you, easy to use BUT...the plasters supplied actually tore my skin and gave me breakouts. I get this with any adhesive mask or pore plaster. So if you dont get on with those products either, dont use the plasters. Simply hold the product to your skin instead. It needs recharging after 3 x 20minute sessions. Charges within an hour. The power button will turn red when it needs recharging, acting as a warning. It's overpriced for what it is.
