If you’re on a specific diet like keto or carnivore this will help 10/10 - I do intermittent fasting from 7pm-2pm the next day. The pill has like a light split line where you can split it. I take half first thing in the morning 5am on an empty stomach with whatever, than I take the 2nd dose after lunch 3pm, it has caffeine so you will get an energy boost. The first year taking ‘Ember’ I used to take the whole pill in the morning and worked fine, but I split it today just to help with appetite control throughout the day, just works better for me. There’s no after taste or smell. One thing to always remember ‘Ambrosia’ products work the best when combined with their other products. Individually though Ember is great esp if your on a weight loss journey and a solid diet.
