So I tried to lay on it, but it was way too hard. It didn't stretch my back because it hurt too bad. The bumps on the stretcher are too painful.

This product help me lot ,, I use my phone a lot for work , and I workout a lot too ,, so this device was very good to release my neck pain and it’s adjustable too, and it not huge it’s small for me I keep it beside my bed specially it’s not heavy too ,, I recommend this product it’s a pain relief .

Might be early to sing its praises and could be just a coincidence but I've been using this for less than a week the pain relief was immediate and today I woke up for the first time in 10 months without nasty knots in my rhomboid area and pinched nerve neck pain.
