Tournament Size Crokinole Board by Heritage Products

We bought this as a wedding present for ourselves and it is such a blast! We have actually taken it to several parties and family get togethers. Not only is the game addictive, but this board is beautifully made 👌

The board works and the game is fun. However, there were a lot of minor issues with the construction, particularly the joinery. There were gaps and splintering at every joint (pictures attached of best and worst miters). The finish was not completely smooth on the playing surface in a couple of places, you could feel the roughness. Side rails did not feel completely finished. A couple of the pegs are at a slight angle to the surface and a couple were over-screwed into the board causing the bumpers to buckle. Lastly, a few of the discs were fairly rough on one side only.On the good side, the playing surface was very pretty. It comes with a nice drawstring bag for the discs. The game itself is quite fun and the best flicking game out there.Overall, I don't think these issues would significantly effect gameplay for a family evening and at a lower price point, I would not worry about it, but at the $350 price point, I expect better quality. I am returning and ordering a different board.

This is a very solid crokinole board. Looks great, plays very nicely, appears durable, and even came with 2 extra game pieces, which I appreciated. Very happy to own it!Did it have to be $250? Ehh. I don't know. Maybe it did. Maybe cheaper options exist. But I can tell you that if you are ok with the price, you'll get a very good board. Thanks to the builders!

Our family hasn’t sat down to play games together for years until we got this one for Christmas. Now we play every time we get together! The fun and laughter this game has brought back into our home is worth every penny I paid and more!The board is well crafted and solid. I was worried that it would be damaged when it arrived because of damage to the box, but it was fine. I do think the manufacturer could package it better. It only comes with 13 white and 13 black pieces, so if you want to play with 4 players, you need to buy more pieces (watch out for mini-pieces).

While these are a little pricey for a game, they're really nicely made-- like little pieces of furniture. Actually, that's important to know: a crokinole board is a fairly hefty piece of kit, as they say. Just be prepared to have a place to put it. It's not something you can just slide in the cupboard when you're not playing. This board is nicely flat, beautifully finished, and tons of fun sitting out for impromptu tournaments. If you'd like something to get the kids off the computer for a while, and that isn't made in China out of plastic, this is a great choice (if they get more).

Very solid and precise construction, but the playing surface Is Not Good Enough. Not enough coats of finish. Rough, so shooting across the grain is much slower than with the grain. Used Meguair’s wax. Didn’t overcome. Returned.

No game pieces were received with this item. I got it for a birthday present and we can't even play it! For this price- they should come with piecesEdit: called the company- they shipped out new pieces right away. Great customer service. Board works great, we love it and I'm thankful. The manager continued to follow up with me to make sure I got what I needed and was satisfied.
