This will be my fourth child and I got the 2 camera with monitor so one camera can stay in nursery and one in my toddlers room. This monitor works great especially with reception. I can't figure out how to make it stop** A: three quick beeps means: 1. Camera lost link. Together with beeps, you also see screen shows big "lost link icon" in the center of monitor. Does monitor in Scan mode? If monitor is in scan mode and one camera is power off, you would hear this beeps when monitor switch to that camera. The way to stop this beep is the exit " Scan Mode". 2. Temperature is out of set limit of high/low. Simultaneously, you would see the thermometer icon on top bar flashing. The way to stop beep is to select temperature alarm to "off" status. Could use a few improvements to functionality. *by J***H on July 13, 2018* Pros: Picture is clear and signal range is really great IMO. We had an older version Samsung and it would reach from our workshop to the house (about 500 feet) as long as it had a clear line of sight to the room the camera was in. This monitor reaches further and works even with minor things in the line of sight. I also think the sound works fine and is plenty loud, but I am a light sleeper. Cons: Battery saver mode is very sensitive to what the monitor thinks is a “baby cry”. It picks up our son’s sound machine and lights up. I plan to try to move the sound machine further away, but so far, it’s kind of annoying that you can’t turn the screen off at night, because it constantly thinks it’s hearing something. Also, the blue lights indicating a baby crying and the charging light are extremely bright.
