The installation was easy and they are a convenient addition to my home. However, the only draw back was that the reviews give an impression of a much brighter light; they are not as bright as I expected. My only concern was that the screws wouldn't easily go into the holes intended because when the item was painted, even a thin layer of paint within the openings caused the screw to not easily go in. I had to carefully sand the inside of the holes and viola, they went in and were secure. The instructions were also not all that clear as to which screw goes where. Nonetheless, I very much needed an outdoor gutter light and these were worth the mild frustrations.
