It works great & is complex enough to prevent the family member from opening it or opening the door. It is very quick & simple for us to open & close-even if we’re in a hurry. It’s easy to install. We did have to use the drill for starter holes because our door frame is solid. The 3 shorter screws were sufficient to securely mount the lock on our door frame & the white color makes this barely noticeable when closed-another advantage to maintain safety of the family member.
