I’m size 16 (US) in bottoms and dresses so I got 4XL. Fit perfectly. Just follow the size chart. My husband loves it and it is now our favorite lingerie piece. I got the pink one. It’s stretchy and the thong it comes with is open butt with a bow on top. It’s super cute. I washed it twice already on normal cycle with other clothes and it’s maintaining it’s quality. Probably should wash in a mesh bag on delicates though!
