The sizing they give is WAY off. I'm glad I went with other customers sizing over what their sizing is recommended to be. If I had gone with their sizing I would have ended up with a MUCH too large trainer. The one I ordered (XL) Fits well. It does give me a slimmer shape, but it does dig in a bit after wearing it for a while. Also, the metal bones keep popping out of their ribbing. It's not the worst thing made, but I also wouldn't call it a 'well made' product. Basically, you get what you pay for. If you want to save money then try this out.
