This watch is also a calculator, games, cycle tracking, stop watch, player, shutter for pictures, wake-up alarms, etc. You can do so much more with this watch but I do not use everything. The only functions that I use Regularly is to check my heart, BP, S02, stress, and sleep. For less than $20.00 I am truly impressed with this watch.
