Saw this during the sale so thought I would try it. I got the grapefruit tangerine flavor. It more tangerine than grapefruit in my opinion, but I mix in ruby red grapefruit juice and it's perfect. I use half a can mixed with equal parts grapefruit juice and drink over 15-20 min just before bed. I work in hospital medicine and work, so I have a very stressful job and this is perfect at making me feel relaxed like I had a glass of wine. I work 7 days on and 7 days off and use this during my work week. Helps to quiet my mind before bed. Have only used 2 cans so far, but I got the same relaxed feeling each time.
