I suffer from plantar fascitis pain and it has been a huge help in calming down flares and works wonders for PMS too ladies. I highly recommend. I also use it for back pain relief, it does help. Small enough to take to work with me, which I tend to do on the night shifts, but big enough to cover enough surface area for treatment. I never had to wet the sponge inside to get it warm enough to be effective...I think it gets pretty warm without doing that.

I picked up one of these for myself, and one for my Boyfriend and we both love them! No complaints or issues whatsoever. Reminds me of the old school heating pads we had as kids, except these don't get so hot they burn you. At this price I would suggest that you get yourself one and another or two as gifts when needed. You can thank me later!

The "Moist Heat" tho....is a crock. A thin plastic like thing u get wet n put in the pad cover, lol drys out jna minute! So but it for that reason. It is Sooo Soft!! Could use 2 more than the 2 snaps on the pad cover but omg i Love It!

Sometimes hot things can be cool. With a sore back, this is the best thing since a nicer back.

This is better than my old one that I got at the pharmacy. The plastic heating pad inside of the cloth sleeve is buttoned into place so that it doesn’t slide around inside the fabric. I really love that about it! Much better than my old one. I loved it so much I bought an extra in case mine ever wears out I’ll have a back up. It comes with a nice soft pouch to keep it in too which I absolutely adored. I love little cases to keep things in. It helps keep stuff organized. The button thing feels warm while you have it plugged into the outlet even if the heating pad isn’t on but my old heating pad did the same thing. I think it just probably shouldn’t stay plugged in when not in use for safety reasons although I believe this one to be totally safe! I would purchase again and again. It was a great deal!

For the price, this isn't a bad heating pad but I found that, for my taste, it did not get very hot on the highest setting. It is very soft and the cord is a good length. I was looking for something that I could wrap around my elbow but this doesn't work. As I said, not bad the price of $8 but I guess you get what you pay for. :)

This is perfect for travel. Very compact and works great! Nice and soft. This is small, yet helps in a big way! Love the soft bag to store when not using.

This was bought for a trip away where I needed the heat for my back but could not take a bulky electric blanket. Have used it also when sitting in my chair to ease my back especially useful to me as a disabled person, though you may wish to wrap a soft towel round it as with my very painful back I can feel the wires the towel worked. Long enough lead, heats up jolly fast! Highly recommended.
