After trying on this knee brace, I have realised that this product works differently to other people, and sadly this product has little to no effect on me. In hindsight, I have also noticed that the plastic rings, will brush against the back of my knee and feels discomforting; to resolve this, I move it down slightly. This brace does help me walk properly and reduces my knee clicks.
