That's how frustrated I am with this product. It took over a week to receive it. The original box, with no padding in it whatsoever, was shoved into a thin mailer to be shipped. So the box was busted when I got it. The item was obviously a return because the sides of the punches were scuffed. The two smaller punches will cut, but they're too hard to use. The largest punch doesn't work at all. There's a clear plastic flap on the bottom that holds the cutouts until you're ready for them. That would be very convenient if you could actually open it.
