But Recess Mood drinks are like a mental shift canned just for me. *The powder does not work as well for this purpose. That is better for the "restless legs" I can experience at night sometimes, especially if I have not intensely worked out recently.* Regardless, the canned Recess Mood drinks not only a) make me feel like someone put a cloud over my head, dulling aggressive "rumblings" or in-the-loop logic that is unhelpful, b) relax my body only just enough to make my shoulders not feel as tense, c) actually turn down the dial on my anger if I am upset about something, but d) truly can make the difference between me having a good day/night/whatever or an absolutely AWFUL one. I did read online that magnesium l-threonate is particularly good for autistic individuals so that could be one reason I personally find this so effective.
