From the listing it seems it comes with a VESA plate and the arms and screws. Well it comes with the arms and screws, no VESA plate. So be aware when ordering. Also, the available screws was one short for me for the attachment to the monitor/TV. For me, the lack of VESA plate was no big deal as the arm I was using had a plate. But the missing screw was a bit of a problem as it adds strain to the other positions.
