And fitment for me was great. I'm a few (hundred) pounds overweight due to inactivity since last may due to complete shoulder replacement (reverse) and I couldn't be happier. Had my son punch me while wearing this best and it does in fact disperse the blow of impact very nicely. Also plz know that there is no way I could withstand s decent punch from my son even on a good day as he is 6ft and 300 lbs. And can pack a punch, not that he hit me with all he could've, but still fairly hard.
