Review: Good protein source - I discovered this brand while watching a video on macro calculations - not disappointed with the flavour or product, however it provides only 9 servings which is quite expensive when using only half a cup of mix but it does provide 15 grams of protein to this serving - its better than a protein shake and quite filling - I made American style flapjacks with avocado and a poached egg "sandwich" - went down a treat - would recommend!

**Q: what are the ingredients please?**
A: Ingredients: 100% whole grain wheat flour, 100% whole grain oat flour, non-fat sweet cream buttermilk, dried honey (honey, wheat starch), leavening (sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), natural vanilla, egg whites, sea salt. Just add water.May contain traces of soy, peanuts, and other tree nuts.

**Q: Is this listing for only one box? If so, I'll continue buying mine at Target for less than $5.**
A: I think they hike up the price for shipping. I know it's supposed to be "free" shipping, but its a marketing tactic. I've noticed a lot of things on here are more expensive than if you were to buy them at the store.

**Q: how many calories?**
A: Depends on the ingredients you use.  If water is used then quite low in calorie (180 for 3 large cakes) but if you add milk and eggs (not necessary) it will change the count.

I was originally skeptical - having been recommended it by a fitness YouTube personality. I will say I was pleasantly surprised. I'm now on my forth box, and it's become a staple part of my daily diet, usually breakfast or mid-morning snack. I do use additional eggs/egg whites in the mix along with Almond Milk (or water if I'm dieting down), but it makes great fluffy Protein pancakes. Sometimes when I'm in a rush, I do mix in a scoop of Casein or Whey, some almond flakes, and a scoop of cashew butter, and put in the microwave for 60 secs full power, 30 secs cool, 45 secs full power to make a cake like protein snack. The macro's on this are really good, and the taste is just amazing. Another consistent staple of my nutritional plan.
