I had struggled for about a year feeling very, very low but after doing a mood diary I realised it was always from the start of ovulation to my cycle ending. (I also believe it’s got worse since I stopped dairy and no longer have the oestrogen from milk topping me up, but I cant guarantee that’s correct just my feelings). So, for at least 2 weeks I’d feel absolutely awful. I was ready to ask for a hysterectomy. My mood was very low and I was very snappy. I’d feel exhausted, unwell, teary, you name it that was me. I also had unbearable ovulation pain and period pain. As a last stab at not going down the hysterectomy route I tried these.
