I had been using a different brand, which said the tablets were an easy size to swallow, which I found more and more difficult to do so. I ended up having to chew them first before swallowing.These tablets are a small size, and much easier to swallow. I will continue to purchase these, we both take them, but to be sure I only ordered one container. I do try to check that I am purchasing via a British site, and hopefully covered by British regulations. These appear to fit the bill all round. Well priced too. Dosage good.13-1-2018 Second purchase - 2 of use use these, and I think the Vit D definitely makes a difference. Have been using Vit D for a couple of years, and generally I do believe it makes a difference. Appear to miss out on colds and flu etc, and if I feel like a cold is coming, it is short-lived and mild. I think it probably takes 3 months of one a day to kick in, but I personally would not stop taking Vit D, as I honestly believe it works. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're Scottish you need these *by C***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 December 2020* The dark long winter months are hard enough but taking these daily really does help. Just read an article the best time to take them is in the morning, "ALL vitamin D supplements, whether they are vitamin D, D2, or D3, etc.. should ALL be taken in the morning, any Vitamin D taken at night actually suppresses your natural Melatonin production in your pineal gland and prevents you from reaching REM sleep or even deep sleep."
