Product was fine to the end whilst kept in original packing. Avoid any dampness! **Q: Is this glaze a powder and if so how do you use it?** A: Yes it is a powder you sprinkle over your food and leave to marinade for at least an hour. I find if you put your food in a bag or container and cover with a table spoon of glaze and shake and leave for the hour it works best. **Q: Is this powder like the red bbq sauces that you can get from Chinese takeaweays. Is it possible to make a sauce from it or just a meat rub?
