A: I also received a fake Locomocean Light Box.Extremely poor quality (arrived broken on 3 corners!), no micro-USB port, missing letters and no back storage.Sold by: BargainShop_LondonPreviously ordered the same item and got the correct one.Sold by: CuteBitz Limited

**Q: How long can i expect the bulb to last**
A: The bulb didn't even work when we got it out of the box. I wouldn't waste your money on this item. I will be returning mine and purchasing it elsewhere.

**Q: can you use the letters more than once? can you change the message more than once?**
A: Hi - yes the letters are on squares of clear plastic that slot into the sides of the box so you can change them as many times as you like!

**Q: Can we mount it on the wall?**
A: Yes, it has grooves in the back for wall mounting.
