I apply it very lightly to my eye lashes and this seems to help with dry-eye (do NOT put it directly in your eye...that would be daft!). I also believe it has helped me to get rid of the frozen shoulder which I have been troubled with for over a year (it is said to be anti-inflammatory). Frozen shoulder is painful, especially at night, but I found applying the oil alleviated the discomfort as much as taking ibuprofen. Decided to buy this winter as my hair and skin needed some tlc. Since the purchase I have used it several times both on my hair and skin. Easy to use with a dropper lid and no funny overpowering smell. I am generous with the amount and was surprised how quickly the skin soaks up the oil leaving little oily residue. Seen improvements in both my skin and especially on my hands. No more dry skin especially around the cuticles. As for my hair, I massage the oil on both the hair and scalp and leave it in overnight. After washing, my hair is less frizzy, more manageable with no oily residue. Overall, I am glad I purchased this oil (was very hesitant). Despite being generous in my usage I can see this bottle lasting for months. Ideal purchase if you haven't used argan oil for a while or a complete newbie.
