Originally advised by a firend to try Turmeric for my back aching back and knees, I have been taking these for around 6-8 months now. Do they work? Well I believe they do make a difference to my aches and stiffness. Over last summer I forgot to take them on holiday and I did notice I felt rather more discomfort around my joints so I've stuck with them. I recently tried a tablet version from my local chemists but they didn't seem to work so well. They didn't have Black Pepper in them which is apparently important. (This product does have the Black Pepper). I say, give them a try over a month or two. A proper try not just a few days.
