There is no trimmer so you end up using both old and new, but overall its a massive improvement on my previous shaver. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Great Men’s Shaver *by A***Y on 9 February 2021* I’ve been using Braun razors since I was 16 and this one is the best by far. It’s gives a very close shave. It feels good in the hand: it’s not too heavy and has a comfortable rubber grip. The battery life is very good: it generally lasts me about a week on a full charge. The only negative thing I can say is the foil does tend to get a bit hot after about 5 minutes continuous operation which is something I’ve never notice before with my previous razors. This can be easily remedied however by just running it under the cold tap for a second or two. Overall though this is a top quality product at a very reasonable price.
