**Q: What is the Heel height?**
A: bout an inch. Being a fluffy chick I like mine 2 inches at least thick, these are hard..not very comfy at all

**Q: Is the foot bed (where your foot goes) fabric or plastic.?**
A: Hi, the flip-flop part is made of fabric and the insole is mode(MD).

**Q: waterproof? can i wash them?**
A: I have not washed any of mine but they look like they could be washed if necessary.

**Q: Is the thing between the toe cloth, plastic, leather or?**
A: The piece between the toes is some variety of 'plastic'. There is no leather or fabric on these sandals. I find them very easy to wear.

Absolutely love these toe-post sandals. They are true to size and are so comfortable to wear and importantly, the toe-post is super comfy being fabric. They look good and are perfect for the summer or just for wearing around the house. I have purchased them in both navy and in black. Recommended.
