I also use it for intestinal parasite control in my animals and myself and first started using on myself after a friend suggested I take it after swimming in open lake water as I would often end up with diarrhea. I was going to use it for toothpowder and face masks, but it's so fine that I hade to try it as a drink so I drank it (1 teaspoon of diatomaceous Earth Powder in 1 glass of water it' tastes a bit like chalk not bad at all) and I drank a glass the next day and the day after that when I realised that I did not have to run to the loo every five minutes which has been the norm for the last few years my tummy felt normal and so much better than it had for years and I felt like I hade more energy after 3 days of drinking it absolutely amazing!!
