I've been taking wheatgrass for over two years now and have tried many types. I think this brand is by far the best for taste and quality. Has great health benefits and has helped me with migraines and regulating periods and fevers. After taking this and spirulina I no longer suffer from any of these. I simply add a tablespoon to a shake in the morning. It will turn the shake green but doesn't really affect the taste much. Great for digestion too - you won't be constipated after having this!
