Some clippers have snagged at the dense hear in the depression at the base of the skull, these fly through no problem - powerful. I’ve never used them for more than 20 minutes at a time so I can’t honestly comment on how long a charge lasts, but I haven’t experienced any fade. They are quiet. They look and feel great.The guards are Truly excellent! Compare with the Wahl guards from my last clippers. As you can see they are much more substantial. You squeeze the sides to clip them on and they are very firmly attached. Basically they don’t come off. Also the lever for extending and retracting the blade is nice and stiff, and as you can see if it ever became loose you could tighten it up with an Allen key.
