I researched this product thoroughly to find the most pure unfiltered oil and came to this product.Now the best way to determine its purity from a regular consumers perspective is obviously through taste, This in my opinion passes the test.Its a relatively peppery taste that produces the subtle burning sensation once passed through the throat.This is by far the most expensive cumin seed oil but likely the only one on the market thats truly effective.In my opinion price is always relative to the products quality. So if you are looking to buying this oil then you have to realise that your going to need to spend a pretty penny. Its a premium oil and all cheap alternatives are likely to be either knockoffs or laced with other harmful chemicals.I have been using this for just under a month and the only real benefits i have noticed is its effect on my skin as i have also applied it topically. It has reinforced a healthier complexion. Other than that, I haven't noticed anything else so far.If you are solely using this product to help cure a specific disease or illness then this is probably THE black cumin oil i can suggest. Not to say that I certify of its efficacy, but all other alternatives wont be as effective and pure as Panaseeda.

I've tried four different black cumin seed oils now and this is, in my opinion, by far the best by a long way. It has a better strength, is more effective, and has a lovely taste. Don't bother with cheaper ones.

Started taking the black cumin seed oil about a month and half ago. I have arthritis but I’m not on any meds at the moment due to an allergic reaction to the conventional drugs. Whilst waiting for my review decided to try and manage rhe condition with alternatives hence the black cumin seed oil. I can’t say honestly if it has made a huge difference to my symptoms or not. What I can point out is that it does cause a lot of wind which goes on through out the day. This can be very embarrassing and unpleasant to have to deal with. So is it worth the money and inconvenience? Not sure I’d say yes.
