Good oil for making 2-3 hour hair masks, due to the dense oily texture it needs to be washed out with the shampoo two times. It really makes hair smooth, silky and shiny for a couple of days after use. I guess, it is best to use it once or twice a week depending on how damaged hair is. I personally don't like the smell but the oil does the job! I used much nicer argan oils but they are not available in the UK.
