I couldn't connect initially due to the fact the app is not compatible with my Samsung S10+ (version of Android is too new). These lights DO NOT WORK without the app so I had to get an old phone to attempt to use the lights. This where I then discovered that you need a CONSTANT BLUETOOTH CONNECTION for them to remain on!! You have to connect each time you switch the engine on!! Utterly pointless and returned instantly.
