Cheap round file 4.5mm. Sharpen by hand, keep the angle consistent by stroking the file through 4-5 times while checking from above. Repeat on both sides and ensure the angles are around 35 degrees with a sharp edge. Practice makes perfect. You will feel the results of the sharpening and most importantly keep the chain away from dirt which blunts the chain very quickly.
