Stop taking it and you really notice the difference!! The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no after taste and for £8 a month they are doing your body a whole lot of good!!! I use these for my dry eye syndrome. They are much cheaper than other brands for the same strength and do a great job. However, if I miss a day for any particular reason I find I suffer immediately the next day. The other brand I used seemed to last longer.
