Guajillo peppers are my favorite. This powder packs a pure guajillo flavor. Great on steaks, seafood, and chicken. I also use it in my dry rub for the smoker.

I'm no expert but I know what I LIKE. Been using this for everything from making Sauces, Salsa, Chili, Soups, Stews, Chicken dishes etc

Really disappointed I just opened it and saw that it expires in December. It was also already very clumpy when I opened it. If I knew it would expire in 10 months I wouldn’t have bought such a large jar. I always buy spices in bulk and have never had this issue.

Like this for my soups and especially for tostadas and enchiladas as a shake on spice.

This is a great product as I do not have to grind my own.

This was much spicier than expected but a great product. Used it to make tamales

It is very good but on a spicy side. A bit too much for me but great quality product.
